Lab Members

The lab members agree that the Saunders lab is a great place to dive into the world of algae. We study a vast assemblage of algae, and our studies take us all over the world. Our projects span from the nearby Bay of Fundy, and the coasts of all the Maritime Provinces to the west coast of British Columbia, to as far as Australia. When we are not out in the field, we are busy in the lab, grinding seaweeds and generating sequence data.
